Step 1. Enter the postcode of your getaway location.
We immediately then notify you on whether we can deliver there or not.
Step 2. We’ll ask you a few questions about your stay.

*Kindly note: As a newly launched company, we ask that orders be placed at least 10 days before your arrival date. This helps us ensure we do our best to get everything just right for your stay.
Step 3. Once your lead guest has been decided, they will receive a code via email to share with everyone else in the party.
From the link, each one of you gets access to the same website page where you individually get to tell us your dietaries and meal preferences. Once you have collectively decided on what items, recipes etc. you want, simply add to the basket.
Step 4. By way of our algorithms, our team then carefully curates your order to your specific party size.
Meaning that, when you order, say, mayonnaise, we deliver only the required amount for the duration of your stay. Or say, you’re planning on cooking a Lasagne to feed 7 of you - we portion that to quantity size; meaning you’re not having to take home OR throw out, 4 random slices of lonely looking, raw lasagne sheets or that heavy bottle of half-eaten mayonnaise.
(What a waste!)
Step 5. We deliver straight to your getaway door.
But, before we do; we double check your arrival time with you and liaise with your self-catering provider too. That way we ensure that your order will most certainly be there for when you are expecting it to.
