I've been there myself, juggling overflowing car boots crammed with food and drinks, leaving no room for my beloved dog's comfy bed. Wines lose their chill, cakes collapse, and multiple supermarket trips become inevitable. It's a cycle of inconvenience and unnecessary waste. That's why I decided to create a service to tackle these constant pain points.

As CEO and founder of Locally Away, I'm thrilled to be leading a company with such an important mission - reducing food waste while supporting our local food community.
Our technology allows us to perfectly match each order to the unique needs of our customers, right down to the party size. So whether it's a couple looking for an intimate dinner or a group of friends needing meals for a week, we can curate the ideal order from our network of local farms, bakeries, butchers and more.
By delivering fresh, sustainable foods straight to our customers' self-catering accommodations, we eliminate the guesswork, waste and environmental impact of excess purchases. By working directly with small local suppliers, we get to offer the freshest, highest quality ingredients while keeping our carbon footprint low.
As we continue to refine our ordering algorithms and expand our producer relationships, we are excited to one day, grow Locally Away into wider regions. My goal is to prove that minimising waste doesn't mean sacrificing enjoyment - it makes for better meals and happier customers. We're building a better, more sustainable way to eat well while travelling on holiday.
